Education Minister Mahabir Pun has stated that government directives alone are not enough to end the deep-rooted irregularities in school education. In a strong message shared on social media, the Minister emphasized that parents must take an active role at the local level to ensure accountability and reform.
Minister Pun argued that while the Ministry can issue guidelines from Kathmandu, real change depends on the vigilance and courage of those whose children are directly affected by the system.
