Kathmandu, April 8
Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has started issuing initial public offering for the general public from today, April 8.
The company is issuing 236,250 units of primary shares worth Rs 23.6 million. Out of the total offered units, the company has allocated 0.5 percent i.e. 3,281 units to employees and 5 percent i.e. 11,813 units to mutual funds. The general public can apply for the remaining 221,156 units of shares.
The issue will close early on April 12 and lately on April 22. The interested investors can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and meroshare software.
The company has appointed Nepal SBI Banking Merchant as its issue manager. The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 1,000 units of shares.
ICRA Nepal has assigned BB- rating to the issue indicating moderate risk.
