The state-of-the-art ‘Koili’ Instant Audio Payment Notification (IPN) terminal is designed to ensure that merchants receive payment alerts in their preferred language, catering to languages such as Nepali, Newari, Maithili, Bhojpuri, and English.
Addressing challenges like QR scan fraud and delays in SMS alerts, ‘Koili’ places special emphasis on supporting merchants who may not be proficient in English. This initiative is geared towards bridging the gap and ensuring secure and hassle-free payments for all users.
