In a bid to offer modern banking facilities to diverse sections of society, Everest Bank has opened its 125th branch in Bardaghat, Bardaghat Municipality ward no. 4, Nawalparasi West. The branch was inaugurated by Mr. Keshab Prasad Bhandari, the FNCCI member of the central committee and president of Nawalparasi West, along with Mr. Sudesh Khaling, the Chief Executive Officer of Everest Bank Ltd.
The inaugural function was graced by several dignitaries, including Mr. Kiran Basnet, the Senior Superintendent of Armed Police Force, Mr. Bedh Bina Tiwari, the Ward Chairman of Bardaghat Municipality ward no. 4, Mr. Birendra KC, the Inspector of Area Police Station Bardaghat, Mr. Lava Prasad Kuikel, the Provincial Manager of Lumbini Province Everest Bank Ltd, Mr. Puspa Raj Uprety, the Head of Marketing & Institutional Deposit Department Everest Bank Ltd, and other distinguished guests.
Mr. Bhandari emphasized that the presence of Everest Bank in the region will make financial access easier and more convenient for people. Meanwhile, Mr. Khaling assured that the new branch will offer modern and qualitative banking facilities to the people of Bardaghat and other areas in Nawalparasi West. He also highlighted that the joint venture with Punjab National Bank India will enable Ex-Indian Armies to receive their pensions easily through Everest Bank.
With the addition of the new branch, the total number of Everest Bank branches in Lumbini Province has reached 22. The bank, which is a joint venture partner with Punjab National Bank India, has a customer base of over 13 Lacs, one of the highest in the industry. It is known for its professional and efficient banking services, which are rendered through a wide domestic network of 125 branches, 7 Provincial Offices, 3 Extension Counters, 160 ATMs, 32 Revenue Collection Counters, and a wide global network.
