Skoda Auto has unveiled its flagship electric SUV, the Elroq, in the global market. The Elroq is the first model to feature Skoda’s new “Modern Solid” design.
The company claims that the Elroq can travel over 560 kilometers on a full charge. In addition to this, the electric vehicle includes features such as a rearview camera, cruise protect assist, side assist, and smart link.
Other highlights of the SUV include LED matrix headlights, door molding, 21-inch alloy wheels, C-shaped rear LED lights, a shark fin antenna, a 13-inch infotainment system, a dual-tone interior, a phone box for charging, intelligent park assist, nine airbags, traffic jam assist, and EBD.
The dimensions of the SUV are as follows: length 4488 mm, width 1884 mm, height 1625 mm, wheelbase 2765 mm, and ground clearance 186 mm.
The Elroq is the first electric vehicle in the midsize SUV segment, positioned between the flagship Enyaq IV and the upcoming Epic compact EV. The car has already been launched in the European market, and it is expected to be launched in the Indian market next year.
