Kathmandu . MAW Vriddhi, a pioneer in the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure space, has proudly marked a major milestone—surpassing 100 operational EV charging stations across Nepal. To commemorate this significant achievement, the company hosted a celebratory event attended by key stakeholders, partners, EV users, and industry leaders.
The event, which featured a festive cake-cutting ceremony, was graced by prominent members of the MAW Group. Among the esteemed attendees were Mr. Vivek Sikariya (Managing Director, MAW Vriddhi), Mr. Tushar Gupta (CEO, MAW Vriddhi Commercial), Mr. Prasanna Panta (CEO, MAW Vriddhi Motors), and Mr. Rupesh Sharma Bhatta (CEO, MAW Vriddhi Autocorp). The company’s expanding network features CCS2 Type DC Fast Chargers strategically placed in more than 100 locations nationwide.
From major urban centers like Kathmandu, Pokhara, Biratnagar, and Chitwan to remote regions such as Mustang, Doti, Surkhet, Tikapur, and Dadeldhura, MAW Vriddhi’s charging infrastructure is making EV travel accessible and worry-free. The network includes both 40kW single-gun and 60kW dual-gun chargers, delivering speed and convenience for drivers on the move.
Speaking at the event, MAW Vriddhi Commercial CEO Tushar Gupta shared,
“This is not just a number; it symbolizes our commitment toward a green future for Nepal. With our ever-growing network, we are enabling Nepalis to embrace electric mobility with confidence. And we are only getting started.”
