After voting, President Dhakal stated that voting is not only a fundamental right but also a responsibility to shape the country’s future. He expressed hope that the election would bring capable and visionary leadership to the country.
According to him, such leadership can help establish stable policies, create an investment-friendly environment, and move the nation toward a prosperous economy with active participation from the private sector.
Dhakal also highlighted that the private sector contributes more than 80 percent to the country’s economy, employment, and revenue. He emphasized that the private sector remains a key driver of development and prosperity, adding that meaningful economic progress is possible only with strong private sector participation and investment.
Expressing confidence in the formation of a new government after the election, he said the upcoming leadership would recognize the importance of the private sector and strengthen cooperation with it. He also urged all citizens to participate in the election and contribute to building the country’s shared future through their valuable votes.
