Rabi Lamichhane wins by big margin from Chitwan-2.

Chitwan, Nov 24

Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of the National Independent Party, has been elected from Chitwan region number 2.

Lamichhane won with 49 thousand 261 votes. Lamichhane won by a margin of 34 thousand 162 votes, defeating his closest rival, Umesh Shrestha of Nepali Congress.

The nearest rival Umesh Shrestha of Nepali Congress got 15 thousand 99 votes while Krishna Bhakta Pokharel of UML got 14 thousand 649 votes.
