Kathmandu : Suresh Adhikari, the newly appointed Secretary of the House of Representatives (HoR), took his oath of office and secrecy before Speaker Devraj Ghimire today.
President Ramchandra Paudel appointed Adhikari to the position based on the Speaker’s recommendation earlier this week.
The ceremony was attended by officials from the Parliament Secretariat, including Secretary-General Padma Prasad Pandeya.
