KATHMANDU: The Tarakeshwor Municipality, Tokha Municipality, Budhanilkantha Municipality, and Nagarjuna Municipality of Kathmandu district have completed the quiz competition-2080 program.
The Lions Club of Kathmandu Down Town arranged the event, which was co-organized by 20 other groups, including Tarakeshwor Down Town.
The program was organized with the premise that the quality of the pupils in the competition community school and their considerable participation in social activities. The event was held in Tarakeshwor Municipality’s Ward No. 6 auditorium.
Tarakeshwor Municipality primary Krishnahari Maharjan, the closing program’s primary guest, said the Lions Club’s attendance competition was good. Mayor Maharjan congratulated the winning schools and kids, saying that Tarakeshwor Municipality has prioritized education. He stated that the Lions attendance competition was exceptional social work and that the municipality and the Lions would continue to collaborate in the future. Similarly, the special guest of the program, Prakash Adhikari, head of Tokha Municipality, said that the attendance competition organized by the Lions Club was a creative work. He said that Tokha Municipality will always support and support the Lions Club in the social transformation program. He said that the program organized by Lions Club for improving the quality of community school students is very good.
In the competition, he won 1 lakh cash in Futung Secondary, second in Nauling Secondary, 50,000 in cash, third in Manmaiju Secondary, 25,000 in cash, and received a certificate and medal.
Lions Club 325 Yach Governor Sambhu Bahadur Thapa, PMC Pankaj Pradhan, Subodh Foundation President Pramod Timalsina, Gyat Leader Khagendra Sitaula, First VDG, Second VDG, PDG, Cabinet Secretary and other Lions leaders participated in the program.
The event was presided over by Ramakrishna BC, the coordinator of attendance competition, while the event was conducted by IPDG Dinesh Prasad Shrestha.
