Kathmandu – The Nepal Women’s National Football Team is preparing for two international friendlies in October.
The team will face Iran on October 24 and India on October 27, both matches set to take place in Shillong, India.
Ahead of these fixtures, the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has announced a 35-player preliminary squad, which includes goalkeepers Anjila Tumbapo Subba, Anjana Rana Magar, and Usha Nath, defenders like Nisha Thokar and Samiksha Ghimire, midfielders Bimala Chaudhary and Anita Basnet, and forwards Rashmi Kumari Ghisig and Rekha Poudel, among others.
These friendlies provide a crucial opportunity for the team to prepare for upcoming competitions, with fans eagerly anticipating their performance against tough opponents.
