Kathmandu – The new EV E-Cute04, brought to Nepal by KE, has been handed over to customers. On Thursday, a ceremony was held where 30 vehicles were delivered by Laxmi E-Mobility and Jio Automobiles, both official distributors of KE in Nepal.
The mini EV E-Cute04, designed for urban commuters, has been attracting entry-level EV enthusiasts, as stated by the company. This new car is equipped with a 28.08 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, produced by CETL.
It is claimed that the car offers a range of 300 kilometers on a full charge. Additionally, the car is fitted with a 40 kW PMSM motor, which generates 110 Nm of torque, and it supports fast charging.
The car has a ground clearance of 165 mm and a boot space of 237 liters. Features include a central LCD touchscreen, Bluetooth connectivity, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, keyless entry, one-touch start, electric door handles, an advanced energy recovery system, and six speakers.
For safety, the car is equipped with features such as ABS, EBD, ASR, TCS, dual airbags, and a tire pressure monitoring system. Laxmi E-Mobility and Jio Automobiles have set the initial price of the vehicle at NPR 2,496,000.
