Kathmandu – In a celebration filled with the excitement and uniqueness of cricket, a special event was organized by Changan Nepal, the official distributor of Diple EV in Nepal, in collaboration with the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), to honor the legendary cricketer Brian Lara.
The event, held on Sunday at Yak and Yeti Hotel, was attended by notable figures, including CAN officials, NPL team owners, cricketers, and Diple customers.
During the special program, cricket legend Brian Lara signed the official Diple cricket bat in the presence of CAN Secretary and Diple EV brand ambassador Paras Khadka and Diple’s owner in Nepal, Vishnukumar Agarwal.
In the program, Brian Lara shared his deep passion for cricket and unforgettable stories with renowned cricket host Andrew Leonard. NPL cricketers and other cricket enthusiasts engaged in conversations with Lara about his legacy and cricket career.
Lara’s presence, as one of the greatest cricketers in history, captivated the audience with stories from his successful career. His ability to connect with fans from beyond his homeland made the evening truly special, as noted by the organizing company, Changan Nepal.
The event was organized in honor of Lara’s visit to Nepal to celebrate the growing excitement for cricket and to promote the ongoing Nepal Premier League (NPL). As the centerpiece of the event, Lara’s signing of the Diple cricket bat symbolized a long-lasting memory and an emotional connection that will be remembered for years.
