Kathmandu – Sipradian Support Organization, a social entity of Sipradi, distributed essential relief supplies to families affected by floods in the Pakhal municipality of Kavrepalanchok.
The distribution included basic necessities such as mattresses, bed covers, blankets, jugs, glasses, and plates for 30 families, and was attended by representatives from Sipradian Support Organization, including Tulsi Jung Basnet, Roj Khati, Govind Upadhyay, Rajat Shrestha, and Bimal Gautam. The event also saw participation from municipality officials like Sanjay Tamang and Achyut Upreti.
Sipradian Support Organization is a non-profit, non-governmental, and apolitical social entity that has been active since 2012. It was established by Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd., the official distributor of Tata vehicles in Nepal, to implement corporate social responsibility initiatives.
The organization provides scholarships to economically disadvantaged but eligible children and supports adult education development in remote areas, aiming to assist in the education sector. Additionally, it is dedicated to serving elderly citizens, orphaned children, and individuals with disabilities in various ways.
Moreover, the organization has been actively involved in emergency relief, support, and rehabilitation for people affected by natural disasters and calamities.
