Honda presented the prototypes of the Honda Zero SUV and Honda Zero Salon car under the Zero series at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2025). Along with this, the company also introduced the operating system used in the car.
The cars showcased are mid-sized electric SUVs. The design of both cars under the Zero series has been specially crafted. Based on EV architecture, the cars will also feature Level-3 ADAS for safety.
The exterior and interior of the cars have been made highly futuristic. Features include ambient lighting on the roof and doors, sporty style seats, a newly designed steering wheel, a large screen infotainment system, an instrument cluster, frameless doors, ASIMO operating system, and 3D gyroscope sensors. The car can also be used as a self-driving vehicle.
The prototype model, based on the Space Hub concept model from CES 2024, was introduced at CES 2025, as per the company’s information. The Salon model will be launched first, expected to be available in the North American market in 2026. It will later be made available in Japan and European countries for sale.
In the future, it is expected that the vehicle will be available in markets like India and Nepal as well.
