The car will be available with two engine options: a 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine and a 1.5-liter diesel engine. The petrol engine will offer a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT transmission, while the diesel engine will come with a 6-speed manual option.
For safety, the car will be equipped with a 360-degree camera, ESC, hill start assist, 6 airbags, and disc brakes on all four wheels. Kia has yet to announce the price of the new car.
